the other half of the brain behind Fluff Chuckers and a self-confessed fly-fishing nut. My fishing tale kicked off 35 years ago in the tranquil waters of Wales, but it didn’t stop there. I’ve chased fish in waters as far-flung as Mexico, each time with nothing but a fly rod in hand and a stubborn refusal to fish any other way. To me, fly fishing isn’t just about catching fish. It’s about the thrill of the hunt, the connection with the natural world, and the sheer bliss of being outsmarted by a fish on more occasions than I’d like to admit.
